Abstracted from French Creek Rd, my back yard in North Albany, and Iron Mountain : paintings completed today

While riding in the car on French Creek Road headed to Detroit Lake, 2001, I sketched ink contours of a tree here and another down the way in an imaginary landscape. Later I filled the shapes with colors seen through an emotional lens, 14" x 11", $250.
